Service Description

With this notarial act, you certify that the individual appearing before you is who he or she claims to be, and the signature on the record is the signature of the individual before you. The signer must complete the original statutory form acknowledgment or other certificate types via hard copy (in-person), fax/scan (digital), or AV technology that requires a notarial affix stamp or wet, electronic signature. The difference between a signature witnessing and a jurat, affidavit, or verification upon oath or affirmation is that, with a signature witnessing, you do not administer an oath.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING: Each customer will be required to secure an appointment by paying a non-refundable processing fee of $10. Service [s] must be paid at the time service is rendered via cash, credit/debit, pre-paid card, Cash App and Zelle. LATE ARRIVALS: We strive to maintain punctuality! All appointments have a 7-minute "grace period" that is set aside; if you are running a few minutes late. Late arrivals that exceed ten minutes will be rescheduled and considered a no-show. NO-SHOW: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice results in a "no-show" fee of $10 payable before booking future appointments. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate a minimum of 24-hours' notice in writing or e-messaging prior to the scheduled appointment. Your paid $10 processing fee will not be transferred to the new appointment. Another $10 processing fee must be paid upon setting the new appointment. EMERGENCIES: We understand circumstances beyond your control will happen, in such cases, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the situation and find an amicable solution.
